This was another travel day that flooding made us change our route. Our original path took us south but there was a washout out Road on SR-131, so we decided to go around.
We left the Lake Bomoseen KOA at about 11 am EST and headed one town over to fill-up the truck with fuel at the Irving Oil station. It was a confusing entrance so we had to turn around to face the right direction for the pumps. We drove back over Pico Mountain to avoided a washout on SR-131 near Hawks Mountain.
We made one pit stop at Quechee Gorge State Park. Sidney and mama went out onto the bridge to get some pictures.
We arrived at Crow’s Nest Campground in Newport, New Hampshire at about 2 PM EST.
